Adam Daly
General Counsel
Adam Daly is the General Counsel and responsible for the company’s legal affairs. He has a diverse background in mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, regulatory compliance, and commercial transactions. He was formerly with Fisher Scientific International, serving as group counsel to the Scientific Products and Immunodiagnostics Groups (with combined revenue of more than $1 billion). Prior to Fisher, Adam worked with Apogent Technologies, a life science and biotech company, and was in-house counsel at Tyco International where he was responsible for numerous acquisitions, as well as supporting the corporate human resources group. Adam obtained his B.A from McGill University and his J.D from Vermont Law School. He is admitted to both the Massachusetts and New Hampshire bars.
